Service Specialist

You are hands-on, present on the floor, and actively involved in customer interactions alongside your team to support performance goals and business priorities. You bring practical ski shop experience and understand the day-to-day realities of specialty retail operations.

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team

• Support recruiting, training, onboarding, and retention
• Actively participate in floor leadership and customer engagement
• Oversee and support technical services including boot-fitting and ski tech
• Address customer and team escalations professionally
• Drive store performance and operational execution
• Uphold company policies and protect company assets
• Foster an inclusive, respectful workplace
• Perform other duties as required

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience leading others in ski, outdoor, or specialty retail
• Hands-on knowledge of ski shop operations

Strong technical knowledge of ski touring and mountaineering equipment

• Experience with boot-fitting and ski tech services
• Proven ability to meet goals and lead under pressure
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop others
