Grizzly Ultra

The Grizzly Ultra Marathon & Relay features 5 legs, each starting and ending at the Canmore Nordic Centre stadium. Covering a total of 50km with a 1089-meter elevation gain, each leg is graded for difficulty using a Grizzly Claw Rating. Leg 3, the hardest, is rated 5 Claws, while Leg 5, the easiest, is 1 Claw. This makes the event suitable for all abilities and ideal for team participation. The former Olympic stadium provides an excellent base for cheering on teammates.
