How to Return an Order in Four Steps


Create your return request

To return your product, sign-in to the customer portal . Select the order number you wish to return and click on "Request Return". Select a reason for returning your items and submit your request.

Re-pack your package

Re-seal the original package with the product you’re returning inside. Please include the order number or the original packing slip.

Wait for your request to be approved.

When your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Ship your return package

Bring your package to a local post office or courier. Find Canada Post offices. Returns must be dropped off at a post office or carrier's service location, which will provide you with a receipt to hold onto until your return is complete.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on items that are in like-new condition within 30 days of original purchase.
If you try shoes on your treadmill or at home and they don't fit, you are welcome to send them back for return or exchange. However, if you have used the product enough to cause any wear, we will not accept them as a return. We provide the best advice and stand by our products, but we also are a small business and cannot accept returns on worn-out items that are not returned for warranty purposes.
Items on sale are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Carbon plated shoes are a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges/

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Product returns are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We process returns Monday through Friday. Please allow a few days for us to process your return. Refunds will appear on your credit card within 5 to 8 business days of our team finalizing your return.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not accept international returns. 
  • Money will be returned to the original payment method, less 5% for credit card processing fees (credit cards companies do not return the fee charged on the original purchase after June 6th, 2023).

    PRODUCT CONDITION

    In order to return an item, you must ensure that your product meets all the following criteria:

  • The item has not been worn beyond trying it on for fit.
  • The original manufacturer's packaging and the hang tags are left intact (if they are damaged we reserve the right to charge a fee for damaged packaging).
  • Include a copy of return slip provided after your return is approved by our team.
  • It was purchased from SkiUphill-RunUphill
  • It was purchased less than 30 days ago
  • Apparel must never have been worn

  • SALE ITEMS

    Items on sale are final sales and aren not eligible for returns.


    NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

    The following items are final sales:
    - Avalanche Safety Equipment: Transceivers, Shovels, Probes, Airbags
    - Climbing Equipment: Ropes, Harnesses, Carabiners, Belay Devices, Slings. 
    - Ski Crampons

    - Carbon Plated running shoes

    Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
