Join us for Tempo Tuesdays with RunUphill! Every week, Brendan and Scott lead dynamic road, track, hill, and trail workouts designed for all runners, from speedsters to first-timers. Whether you can cover up to 15km or are trying a 'workout run' for the first time, we tailor each session for fun and challenge in a supportive group setting.
