Come push yourself with us at our weekly Tuesday Tempo runs! RunUphill's running geeks, Brendan and Scott, design and lead these workouts for runners who want a fun and supportive group to share a weekly speed/intensity session. We do a variety of road, track, hill, and trail sessions to mix things up and keep things fresh. Tempo Tuesdays are for anyone capable of running up to 15km - no matter your pace. The group regularly has a range of runners from very fast to runners who've never done a 'workout run' before and we thoughtfully craft these sessions to accommodate and challenge everyone. Join us Friday mornings for an easy-pace, 1-hour social jog capped off with coffee and a donut at Fox & Oak. In contrast to Tempo Tuesdays, this is a chatty jog, not a lung-buster workout.
