Customer Specialist - Summer

You’re a hands-on team member who genuinely enjoys helping customers. You love connecting with runners, learning about their goals, and recommending the right footwear, apparel, and gear to support their experience. You bring positive energy, strong product knowledge (or a willingness to learn), and a passion for helping people.

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
• Actively engage customers in the store
• Assist with technical questions for trail and road running
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Support store performance goals and maintaining a clean and organized space
• Follow company policies and help protect company assets
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace
• Perform other duties as required

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and fitting best practices

• Passion for running and an interest in footwear, apparel, and gear
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
