Honey processing at Cofinet’s La Pradera station brings out vibrant notes of apple and blackberry, rounded with a toasty almond finish. The Swiss Water Process keeps all the flavour, without the caffeine.
Luz Helena is the heart behind this coffee. With the support of her sons Carlos and Felipe (the duo behind Cofinet), she’s been pushing her farms towards higher quality and more sustainable practices. Careful cherry selection and thoughtful farming mean every sip reflects her dedication.
Beyond the farm, Luz is a force for good in her community. She supports local groups providing food and clothing to families in need, the elderly, and those displaced by violence.
