Dynafit Blacklight Ski Boots (Men's)

The Blacklight is a ski mountaineering and fast-tour boot designed to keep weight low without turning the downhill into survival skiing. Around 1 kg per boot, with a carbon cuff and carbon-reinforced Grilamid shell, it delivers a real touring stride and enough stiffness to control modern lightweight skis.

The walk mechanism unlocks roughly 70° of smooth cuff rotation, making long climbs and technical approaches efficient. Once locked down, the boot offers a stiff, progressive flex—more supportive than most in its weight class, though not built for charging freeride planks. The 101 mm last and thermo-moldable liner give a secure fit that can be customized, with good heel hold for long missions. Forward lean adjusts between 12° and 15° so you can set your stance where you want it.

Character: This is an uphill-first boot with credible downhill chops. It excels in big vertical days, ski mountaineering objectives, and fast traverses where efficiency matters more than brute force on the way down. It pairs best with touring skis in the 70–90 mm range.

Best for: Ski tourers and ski mountaineers who care about speed, efficiency, and weight savings, but still want confidence when skiing variable snow and technical descents.

Footwear may be tried indoors only (home or treadmill). All returned items must be unworn beyond fit testing, include original manufacturer packaging and hang tags (fees may apply if damaged) and have been purchased from SkiUphill-RunUphill within the 15-day window. Apparel must be completely unworn.

All sale items are final sale. The following items are not eligible for return: carbon-plated running shoes, avalanche safety equipment (transceivers, shovels, probes, airbags), climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belay devices, slings), ski crampons, helmets and gift cards.

Return Process & Fees
International returns are not accepted. A 10% deduction applies to all refunds to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
