The Patagonia Women’s Capilene® Thermal Weight Bottoms are built for cold-weather missions where warmth, breathability, and mobility all matter. They use lofted Polartec® Power Grid® fabric, a design that traps heat while wicking moisture and moving easily under layers. The smooth face slides comfortably beneath shells, while the open-grid interior feels soft against the skin and keeps air circulating so you don’t overheat.
A touch of spandex adds stretch for unrestricted movement, with a gusseted crotch for comfort on the climb or during long days on the trail. Flatlock seams reduce chafing, and a brushed elastic waistband stays soft against the skin without digging in. HeiQ® Pure odor control keeps things fresh between washes, making these bottoms reliable for multi-day use.
Made from 92% recycled polyester and 8% spandex, the fabric is bluesign® approved and finished with an anti-pilling treatment. Like much of Patagonia’s line, these baselayers are sewn in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, ensuring the people who made them earned a premium for their labor. At just 139 g (4.9 oz), they’re lightweight, packable, and ready to be the foundation of your layering system when the temperatures drop.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in like-new condition.
Footwear may be tried indoors only (home or treadmill). All returned items must be unworn beyond fit testing, include original manufacturer packaging and hang tags (fees may apply if damaged) and have been purchased from SkiUphill-RunUphill within the 15-day window. Apparel must be completely unworn.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
All sale items are final sale. The following items are not eligible for return: carbon-plated running shoes, avalanche safety equipment (transceivers, shovels, probes, airbags), climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belay devices, slings), ski crampons, helmets and gift cards.
Return Process & Fees
International returns are not accepted. A 10% deduction applies to all refunds to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
