Scott Aluguide Pole
The Aluguide is the no-nonsense adjustable touring pole. Two-piece 5083/6061 alloy shaft with an 18mm upper section stepping down to 16mm on the lower, which is the right balance between stiffness and weight for a pole that needs to handle hard skintrack conditions, technical terrain, and the occasional pole plant in bulletproof snow. The easy locking mechanism is reliable in cold and with gloves on, which is the one thing clamp systems need to get right and the Aluguide does.
The EG foam grip runs long with a foam sleeve extension below it, which means hand position can shift naturally on varying pitch without adjusting pole length. The grip handles moisture better than a rubber or plastic grip in sustained cold and wet conditions. Touring strap with standard buckle. Interchangeable 90mm freeride basket, PA adapter, carbide tip. Collapses to 82–83cm for stashing against a pack.
At ~270g per pole it’s honest weight for a two-piece aluminum touring pole with this feature set.

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in like-new condition.
Footwear may be tried indoors only (home or treadmill). All returned items must be unworn beyond fit testing, include original manufacturer packaging and hang tags (fees may apply if damaged) and have been purchased from SkiUphill-RunUphill within the 15-day window. Apparel must be completely unworn.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
All sale items are final sale. The following items are not eligible for return: carbon-plated running shoes, avalanche safety equipment (transceivers, shovels, probes, airbags), climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belay devices, slings), ski crampons, helmets and gift cards.

International returns are not accepted. A 10% deduction applies to all refunds to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
