Patagonia Nano-Air Hoody (Men's)
The latest Nano-Air is built for those who don’t stop moving — climbers, ski tourers, and fast-moving mountain people who want one layer that does it all. Designed for high-output, start-stop pursuits, it breathes when you’re working hard and keeps you warm when you’re not. No constant layering, no fuss.
For 2025/26, Patagonia refines the formula. The new 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell and lining are tougher and more abrasion-resistant, with a PFAS-free DWR finish that sheds light moisture while staying soft and silent. Inside, 60 g FullRange® insulation (also 100% recycled) delivers stretch and 35 CFM air permeability — meaning it dumps heat fast but still traps warmth when you pause.
The fit has been subtly updated — a bit roomier through the torso for easier layering than past generations, without losing the athletic cut that made the Nano-Air a mountain classic. It still feels more like a sweatshirt than a puffy, with smooth mechanical stretch and articulated patterning that move naturally whether you’re reaching, skinning, or scrambling.
Details stay thoughtful: a low-profile, helmet-compatible hood, two hand pockets, and two chest pockets that sit flat under a harness or pack. The jacket stuffs neatly into its own chest pocket, and partially elastic cuffs plus a dual-adjust hem keep drafts out.
At 401 g (14.1 oz), it’s light enough to wear all day but durable enough to take a beating. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
The Nano-Air is for mountain athletes who run hot, move fast, and want comfort without compromise — the one-and-done layer for real-world missions.
