The Dynafit Blacklight 88 FL 70 is your uphill ally with serious downhill chops: built for skinners who want feather-light efficiency without giving up too much when the descent kicks hard. It trims weight over the FI 90 version, making every step feel easier, yet it still delivers solid edge grip and precision when you’re charging firm snow or carving turns.

With an average width of 88 mm underfoot, this ski scales through the size range (151-184 cm), and in its shorter lengths it drops below 1,000 g, making it noticeably nimbler on steep skintracks or long bootpacks. Its core of paulownia plus carbon layup gives a snappy, responsive flex—enough stiffness to stay composed, but not so rigid you feel every ripple. Full sidewalls (ABS) maintain bite on icy or hard surfaces, while tip rocker helps ease turn initiation and deal with variable snow crust.

On snow the Blacklight 88 FI 70 rides firm-biased but not harsh: expect crisp edge engages, a playful tail when called on, and enough damping to reduce chatter—especially in shorter, more controlled turns. It’s not a float queen for deep powder, but in crust, punchy spring snow, or mixed alpine terrain it shines.

Footwear may be tried indoors only (home or treadmill). All returned items must be unworn beyond fit testing, include original manufacturer packaging and hang tags (fees may apply if damaged) and have been purchased from SkiUphill-RunUphill within the 15-day window. Apparel must be completely unworn.

International returns are not accepted. A 10% deduction applies to all refunds to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
