The short version: you have 15 days from purchase to return items in like-new condition. Try shoes on at home or on the treadmill; if they don't fit, send them back. Once a product shows any wear, we can't take it back. Sale items and carbon-plated shoes are always final sale.
Refunds go to the payment method you used at checkout, minus 10 % to cover credit card processing and administration. Since June 6, 2023, credit card companies no longer refund us their fees on returned purchases, so this deduction covers those costs.
We give sound advice and stand by our products, but we're a small business, we can't take back worn items unless it's a warranty claim.
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
How to withdraw: inform us of your decision by a clear statement — either use the Request Return function on your order in your shop account, or email us at orders@skiuphill.ca.
Refunds: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return costs: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including reimport into Canada, which carries fees of at least $80 to clear customs.
Condition of returned goods: items must be in like-new condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling beyond what's needed to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
