Description: The Sproat alpine trails offer a lovely selection of buff alpine single track. Into the Mystic will take you on a journey through old growth forest eventually ending on the alpine plateau of Tonic peak. We recommend looping around and then descending Via Lord of the Squirrels. (Please be aware of mountain bikers. They have the right away.)
