Growing up in Canmore I was climbing, running and skiing as soon as I could walk.

Double threshold and heat training every day.

Probably studying.
What’s something you wish more people knew about you?
I am more than just a pretty face and am actually quite the talented barista. You can often find me pouring tulips or Rosettas on my home espresso machine.

What truly underrated piece of kit do you think more people should carry?
Built-in gel pocket shorts.
What’s your most unhinged piece of trail running advice?
One of my best races ever was a week after getting trapped in the Grand Canyon with heat exhaustion. I've never repeated the training strategy since, but anyone is welcome to try...
