Lake Lovely Water Trail

Description: This classic local adventure will take you on a relentless 1200 meter ascent to one of the most beautiful alpine lakes the Sea To Sky has to offer. As you slowly transition from old growth to subalpine you pass several impressive waterfalls. Eventually runners will emerge at the lake with breathtaking views of surrounding glaciers and peaks such as Alpha, Serratus, Ionia, Pandareus, Red Tusk, Lydia, Niobe, Pelops, and Omega (from right to Left). Take a dip in the lake after a hard earned ascent before returning the way you came. This ascent and descent is not for the faint of heart.

Access *Important*: To access the Lake Lovely Water Trail head one must cross Squamish Nation Land and the Squamish River. Parking is limited in front of the Yellow gate.
