The 40 mm adjustment plate is an accessory for models R99 and R150, offering adjustable ranges for different shoe sizes.
By adding an adjustable plate of 40mm under the heel piece of the R99, the R120 or the R150 you have the possibility to adjust up to 6 shoe sizes by sliding the heel piece from front to back on the plate. You can therefore lend your skis or re-sell them without remounting.
