Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro Ski Boots (Men's)
Description
For backcountry die-hards who won’t compromise on control or weight.
This boot is leaner, snappier, and more powerful than ever. At just under 1,300 g per boot (size 26.5), it stays at the top of the lightweight touring category without backing down when things get steep and ugly.
The 130-flex shell with carbon-reinforced Grilamid and a 3D Power Frame delivers downhill performance that punches way above its weight. A fixed 14° forward lean (bump it to 16° with the spoiler) keeps you driving big skis with precision.
Fit & comfort: The 99 mm last hits the sweet spot for a medium-volume foot, now with a slightly higher instep and softer Quick Instep material for easier entry. The new liner is more cushioned with improved heel and tongue padding, giving a close, precise feel without being punishing. Heel lock and midfoot hold are excellent—power transfer feels sharp and deliberate.
Uphill: The cuff offers around 65° of articulation, which means efficient strides and solid support on steep climbs. Light enough to keep the vert tally high, but still firm enough that it doesn’t feel flimsy underfoot.
Downhill: This is where the Zero G Tour Pro earns its keep. The flex is stiff, progressive, and confidence-inspiring, letting you lean in hard and drive big skis through variable snow. It won’t feel like a plush alpine boot, but it’s alive, responsive, and built for skiers who demand control at speed.
Who it’s for: Advanced to expert backcountry skiers who want a true “one-boot solution.” Perfect if you’re chasing big lines, skiing aggressive terrain, or driving bigger skis—but still want a boot light enough to rack up the vertical on long tours.
If your priority is buttery walkability or all-day alpine comfort, this isn’t your boot. But if you want the best blend of uphill efficiency and downhill muscle in the sub-1,500 g class, the Zero G Tour Pro remains the gold standard.
