Rubble Creek Traverse

Description: About as classic as it gets when it comes to summer alpine running in the Sea To Sky. This traverse will take you through 25 km of beautiful  alpine single track through endless wildflower meadows. Along the way you will get excellent views of classic summits such as the Black Tusk and Mount Garibaldi. Before going on this run take some time to read about the impressive geological history of this area. Extend This traverse by ascending Panorama Ridge. You will be rewarded with spectacular views of Garibaldi lake and surrounding summits and glaciers. We recommend starting Via Cheakamus Lake Parking lot and ending Via Rubble Creek Parking lot. Add on Panorama ridge (2 km 300m) for a spectacular view of Garibaldi Lake and surrounding summits. A car shuttle is necessary for this traverse. Check BC parks website to clarify if a day pass is needed.
