For Pomoca, when in doubt size up. We use a slightly different size spread:
- Small: 156 cm to 168 cm
- Medium: 168 cm to 178 cm (square shovels at 178 cm should size up)
- Large 178 to 186 cm
- X-Large over 187 cm
