Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon WS
The Transalp 86 is the epitome of what a good Fischer touring ski is. Easy to ski, yet playful and lively. The Transalp feels superb on hard snow and floats better in soft snow than its width suggests. A lightweight Paulownia core paired with a thick layer of titanal keeps your bindings firmly attached to the ski and occasionally makes our technicians complain about how difficult these planks are to drill. Solid construction, great weight, well rounded performance in Rockies snow, what else could you ask for? Although this is a women's specific ski, forget the soft noodles because Fischer has kept the original soul of the Transalp for its women's ski. And it is pink...!
