OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We want you to be tremendously happy with the products that you purchase from us. We use and love the stuff that we carry as well. We guarantee the quality of our products for one year or more depending on the manufacturer. If the quality of an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. We also guarantee the product selection advice we give. If something you purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back for an exchange, refund, repair, or credit.
WILL MY STUFF LAST?
People come to SkiUphill for quality and expert advice, but even quality items have a practical lifespan. They will eventually wear out and can be damaged by accident, neglect or misuse, so those things aren’t covered, but we can look to have it repaired for a reasonable fee by a local vendor.
We view this guarantee in a similar way to our values as a company: provide great gear, give knowledgeable and great advice and treat each other fairly, as our Mom’s used to tell us.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Outdoor stuff tends to get dirty, so please give it a clean before returning them. If you bring us dirty items or stuff that’s considered safety gear, it’s pretty likely that we’ll have some questions for you and we won’t accept it. We want you to love your products and when you buy skis and bindings and have us expertly mount them they can’t be resold as new, so some limits apply to returns and exchanges.

You can see us at the store in person to make a return or exchange. If that is not convenient then give us a call and we can arrange for it to be mailed back to the store at our cost. Please call us first at (403) 675-4455.
OTHER WARRANTY STUFF
Most of our products are covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty, woohoo. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not abuse, accidental damage or normal usage. Please give us a call and we can give you more details on a particular manufacturer.

Yes. We will provide tracking details through Canada Post for you once it ships. When we send something internationally we usually use DHL Express and will provide tracking details as well.
We ship to any address in Canada. PST will depend on the province that your order is delivered to (government rules). We can ship overseas and shipping rates will depend on the carrier. Please contact us for specific rates. Thank you.
Using Shopify to host our POS and website means that we get discounted rates for Canada Post. Our rates are very competitive.
Yes we are having a fleet of demo ski products available to use for the day for a $10 donation toward the Alpine Club of Canada (ACC). Because of the amount, a tax receipt is not available. If you wish to donate $25 or more they will issue a tax receipt upon request.
