With a minimalist and refined spirit, the PIKA has the essentials from WEPA yet with greater benefits. If the efficiency of WEPA won you over, then PIKA is inspired by adding in options of comfort(heel risers, heel pad) but most of all the practicaility of a patented removable stopper. Sold separately, it is light and ultra-compact. The PIKA equipped with a stopper will be very versatile depending on your activities and will join you on all of them (free-rando, expeditions, groomed runs). On the heel piece a heel riser was added for additional ease on your ascents. For skiers wishing for a light binding with all options of comfort and safety.

Unless you need to save a few more grams for that skimo race or need a higher DIN then yes the Pika will for sure work for you. It’s a great binding that does everything you need it to, while staying light and durable. The riser operates a bit easier than the Oazo and you have the flexiblity of putting on a break for playing at the resort – if you only have one setup for backcountry and resort then this is a huge win.
There is no doubt that I’d mount most of my future setups with a Pika, the balance between weight, features and durablity is perfect. Read the full review here
